WCSM DERBY LUNCHEON 2025
The 2025 Derby Luncheon was held at the Nunnlea House on Hurstbourne Parkway. The theme was “151 … Derby Time Fun.” The lunch was catered by Lady Fingers Catering. The menu included Bourbon Sorghum Salad & Mint Julep Fruit Salad,
Hot Brown Casserole, Roasted New Potatoes, Asparagus, Rolls & Butter and variety of bite size Desserts. Everything was delicious!!
After lunch the members then played Derby bingo and a “pass around” game with prizes. Then everyone gathered to sing My Old Kentucky Home and Kentucky Woman. Many door prizes were given away. A raffle was held and the members went home with their prizes.
At the bottom are the raffle items. All of the net profit from the luncheon will be donated to a local charity to be decided at the May business meeting.
Everyone had fun and went home with great memories of the day!
