Greetings GFWC KY Third/Fourth District Club Presidents and Club Women!
It is our pleasure to invite each of you to the GFWC KY ¾ District Fall Conference. We are so excited to have all the district club women together again. This will be a wonderful opportunity to meet and visit with each other. It is our hope that everyone will be able to attend. It will be a day full of fun, fellowship and information!

ARTS, CRAFTS AND PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST: Our contest will be judged on Friday, October 13, 2023. Please drop off all entries on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 13, between 1:00-3:00. All contest entry forms must be sent to Vice Governor, Julie Aldridge postmarked no later than October 2, 2023. All entries must be turned in to be judged on Friday with proper labels attached. If you have any questions, contact Julie Aldridge. Please send all Arts, Crafts, and Photography entry forms to:

CLUB REPORTS: Club Presidents, please be prepared to give a three (3) minute speech on your club’s greatest accomplishments during your administration. Remember to bring 3 copies of your written reports, one copy for the District Governor and one copy to be filed with the minutes. If you are unable to attend the conference, please arrange for someone else to give your report.
CLUB YEARBOOKS: Please bring one (1) copy of your club yearbook and three (3) copies of your club roster.
DOOR PRIZES: Please bring 1(one) door prize valued at no more than $10.00. Please wrap or put the prize in a gift bag.
Foldaway Shopper available at the Fall Conference for $6.00. Great for keeping in your purse or car for those unexpected stops to shop or craft fairs. They also make great gifts.
Be ready for some fun with $1.00 game of “True or Heck No!” Half of the proceeds will go to the winner. Education and Fun in one!
District Three/Four is more than just a number. Please speak with your club members and come up with a name that will show what we are about. We will vote on a name at this conference.

______Preregister Arts, Crafts, and Photography Contests postmarked by October 2, 2023
______ Bring Arts, Crafts & Photography contest entries on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 13 between 1:00 and 3:00.
______ Prepare your 3-minute report on your club’s greatest accomplishment.
______ Bring 1 Copy of your club yearbook and 3 copies of your roster.
______ Bring 1 Door prize wrapped or in a gift bag valued at no more than $10.00.
______ Bring your club’s suggestion for a new name for District ¾
______ Bring your SMILES and be ready to continue to MOVE FORWARD!
