Federation Day Celebration 2019
Federation Day was celebrated in conjunction with WCSM Scholarship Awards. Scholarship recipients and families were excused, after a short reception with refreshments. WCSM was happy to welcome as our speaker, GFWC KY President Elect 2020-2022.
